Extraction protocol |
DNA was extracted using the DNA AllPrep DNA/RNA MiniKit (Qiagen, Valencia, CA). Matched germline DNA from 17 patients was extracted from buffy coat and purified using Nucleon BACC Genomic DNA Extraction Kit (GE Healthcare Life Sciences Piscataway, NJ). DNA quality and quantity were assessed using the Nanodrop Spectrophotometer (NanoDrop Technologies, Inc. Wilmington, DE).
