RNA was isolated from frozen tissue samples using the total RNA Purification Kit (Norgen Biotek) RNA was reversed transcribed using Superscript VILO cDNA synthesis kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific) using a C1000 Thermal cycler (Biorad) Libraries were constructed using the Ion AmpliSeq Transcriptome Human Gene Expression kit (Thermofisher) Templating and (RNA) sequencing were performed with the Ion PI HiQ OT200 kit, and Ion PI HiQ sequencing kit using Ion PI V3 chips (Life Technologies) and a Proton Sequencer (Thermofisher).
