Title SAMPLE 42: ZFP-TN
Sample type RNA

Source name liver
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics tissue: HCC tissue
paired sample: ZFP-PN
Treatment protocol Paired tissue specimens (tumor and adjacent normal tissues) were collected from the patients, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen, and stored at -80°C until use.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted by Trizol.
Label SYBR Green
Label protocol The cDNAs for circRNA, mRNA, or miRNA measurement were synthesized using random, oligo(dT)18, or stem-loop primers, respectively, using a RevertAid First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA). qRT-PCR was performed in triplicate using Maxima SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (Thermo Fisher Scientific) on the CFX connect real-time system (Bio-Rad, Hercules, CA, USA).

Hybridization protocol n/a
Scan protocol n/a
Description HCC
Data processing The above 40 pairs of samples were tested in 3 times due to different collection times of the samples,in cluding 10 pairs of samples once time, 17 pairs of samples once time and 13 pairs of samples once time.
Experiments from different batches were calibrated using experimental data of samples from the previous batch.
Standard curve method was used to analyze the final result. β-actin as the house keeping gene. Three replicates for each sample.
