The libraries were sequenced on a Ion Proton System platform The sequencing reads were aligned to the hg19/GRCh37 reference human genome using Bowtie2 (v2.0.0) and STAR (v2.3.0). Data normalization and differential expression analysis were performed using a edgeR package in the R language (v3.2.2).
