Sample GSM5369364 Query DataSets for GSM5369364
Status Public on Jun 11, 2021
Title YDJ128_4
Sample type SRA

Source name naïve replicate 4
Organism Saccharomyces cerevisiae
Characteristics strain background: BY4741
genotype: WT
prion: none
Growth protocol Four independent colonies of naïve and [BIG+] cells were grown in 5 mL liquid YPD cultures on a culture roller drum wheel overnight at 30°C. Saturated cultures were diluted 1:1000 in new 5 mL YPD cultures and grown until OD 1.0 (exponentially growing). Cultures were pelleted in table-top centrifuge with swing-bucket rotor at 4300 x g at 4°C for 5 minutes, washing once with ice-cold 1X PBS.
Extracted molecule polyA RNA
Extraction protocol RNA isolation, poly-A selection with ERCC spike-in controls and sequencing were performed by the Beijing Genomics Institute.
Performed by the Beijing Genomics Institute.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model DNBSEQ-G400

Description YDJ128_4
Data processing Pre-processing performed by Beijing Genomics Institute
Kallisto (Bray et al., 2016) and Sleuth (Pimentel et al., 2017) were used for gene expression analysis.
