Sample GSM5284771 Query DataSets for GSM5284771
Status Public on Apr 01, 2024
Title CON2 RNA-seq
Sample type SRA

Source name endometrium cells
Organism Equus asinus
Characteristics cell type: primary cultured endometrium cells
treatment: none
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Cultured endometrium cells were dissected and stored in liquid nitrogen individually. Total RNA from each tank was isolated by TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, UK).
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2000

Description CON2
Data processing Illumina Casava1.7 software used for basecalling.
Index of the reference genome was built using Hisat2 v2.0.4 and paired-end clean reads were aligned to the reference genome using Hisat2 v2.0.4.
HTSeq v0.9.1 was used to count the reads numbers mapped to each gene. Then FPKM of each gene was calculated based on the length of the gene and reads count mapped to this gene.
Genome_build: ASM130575v1
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: gene_fpkm.xlsx: Excel file includes gene expression count for each Sample.
