IgG Treated
|
Data processing |
The raw intensity data extracted from the CEL files were normalized with cyclic loess normalization and log transformed. This data was later used to calculate the drop in expression between and initial and final time points for each replicates. The details of differential expression calculations are explained in the manuscript.
