Sample GSM5233276 Query DataSets for GSM5233276
Status Public on Jun 28, 2021
Title fetal Leydig cells S1
Sample type SRA

Source name testis
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics genotype: Nr5a1 Tg
Stage: E18.5
replicate: 1
Sex: Male
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Tissues were enzymatically dissociated with Trysine-EDTA and then filtered (70µm). The single cell solution is then sorted by fluorescent-active cell sorting to obtain a solution of alive and single Nr5a1-GFP+ cells. RNA was extracted from these cells with RNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen).
Sequencing libraries were prepared with the TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Library Prep Gold (Ribo-Zero), with 3 replicates by condition.
Sequencing with Illumina HiSeq 2500 (50 bp, paired-end)

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 2500

Description Sex: XY
bulk RNA sequencing Leydig cells
FLcs_vs_ALCs_DESEq2_results.csv
Data processing Reads were demultiplexed with Casava (v1.8.2)
Mapped with GemTools (v1.7.1)
Read counts and RPKM gene expression quantifications were calculated with an in-house pipeline based on Gencode annotation GRCm38 (v4)
Genome_build: GRCm38 (mm10)
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: counts and rpkm matrices
Supplementary_files_format_and_content: rMATS (splicing events) output
