Treatment protocol Macrophages were isolated by lavage of the peritoneum, plated for 1 hour in RPMI medium, and washed to remove non-adherent cells. Macrophages were then cultured with UV-induced apoptotic cells (ACs) for different time points.

Extraction protocol Peritoneal macrophages were suspended in a single-cell suspension and processed following the 10x Genomics Pipeline.
