Data processing The scanned images were analyzed with Feature Extraction Software 10.7.3.1 (Agilent) using default parameters (protocol GE1_1200_Jun14) to obtain background subtracted and spatially de-trended Processed Signal intensities – the final data is presented as gProcessed signal. Filtering and analysis of data was carried out using GeneSpring GX13: data was per sample normalized by percentile shift to the 75th percentile, and baseline transformed to the time matched vehicle control sample from the same donor.
