Source name |
Muscle satellite cells
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Characteristics |
strain: C57BL/6 tissue type: Skeletal Muscle cell type: Myogenic progenitor (TdT+, ITGA7+) genotype: Nelfb-KO
Treatment protocol |
Mice were induced with tamoxifen, then skeletal muscle damage through acute intramuscular cardiotoxin injection.
Growth protocol |
Myoblasts were harvested from muscle 72h post injury and immediately purified by FACS (TdTomato+, Alpha-integrin 7+). Myoblasts were kept on ice when possible.
Extracted molecule |
total RNA |
Extraction protocol |
Myoblasts were prepared for single-cell RNA-sequencing using a 10 X genomics Chromium Single Cell 3' Reagent kit (cat. No. pn-1000075), according to the manufacturer protocol Sequencing library were constructed using the 10 X genomics Chromium Single cell 3'v2.2 and 3'v3 Reagent kit (cat. No. pn-1000075), according to the manufacturer protocol
