Extraction protocol Total RNA samples were prepared according to the prototol of Rneasy Micro kit from Qiagen,
Label biotin
Label protocol Total RNA (1 - 20 ng) were converted into biotinylated cDNA using the NuGEN WTA Pico v2 protocol and the NuGEN Encore Biotin module
 
Hybridization protocol Six micrograms of biotinylated cDNA was fragmented and then hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on an Affymetrix Clariom S mouse GeneChip. Following hybridization, GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.
Scan protocol GeneChips were scanned using the AffymetrixGeneChip Scanner 3000 7G.
Description sgRNA transduced OT-I cells
Data processing Probe signals were quantile normalized and summarized by the RMA algorithm using the Affymetrix Expression Console software v1.1
