ChIP-seq reads were aligned to S. cerevisiae genome using bwa version 0.7.17-r1188 with the following configurations… reads that were marked as duplicates and mapped to multiple locations were removed by samtools version 1.9 read counts per bin were normalized to one million mapped reads (RPM) by deeptools version 3.2.1 Calling peak used MACS2 version 2.1.2 Genome_build: R64-1-1
