Growth protocol Bcl6-YFP B1-8hi naïve B cells were transferred into wild-type CD45.1+ mice. Mice were immunized i.p. (day 0) with NP-CGG/alum and NP-specific IgG1+ donor GC LZ (CD45.2+NP+CD138−IgG1+CD38−CD86hiCXCR4lo), Fr.2 (CD45.2+NP+CD138−IgG1+CD38−CD86hiCXCR4loBcl6-YFPhiCD69hi), Fr.3 (CD45.2+NP+CD138−IgG1+CD38−CD86hiCXCR4loBcl6-YFPhiCD69lo), Fr.5 (CD45.2+NP+CD138−IgG1+CD38+GL7−Bcl6-YFPhiEfnb1hi), Fr.6 (CD45.2+NP+CD138−IgG1+CD38+GL7−Bcl6-YFPloEfnb1hi), and Fr.7 (CD45.2+NP+CD138−IgG1+CD38+GL7−Bcl6-YFPloEfnb1lo) B cells were sorted from pooled splenocytes of 9 recipient mice on day 10.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total RNA was extracted using TRIzol Reagent (Invitrogen).
DNA library was constructed using an NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (NEB) from total RNA purified from 1~2 × 10^4 sorted cells.
