Data processing |
bcl2fastq (v1.8.4) was used to demultiplex and convert base call files into FASTQ files. Read quantification was performed by salmon (v0.14.1) to gencode.v31lift37 annotations with the -validateMappings and -seqBias parameters. Differential gene expression analyses and normalized gene-level counts were generated with DESeq2 (v1.26.0). Genome_build: hg19 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Raw transcript counts as quantified by salmon (v0.14.1) using gencode.v31lift37 annotations. Contains transcriptID, Length, effectiveLength, TPM, and NumReads columns.
