Sequencing reads were aligned against the mouse mm10 reference genome using the TopHat2 software version 2.1.0 with the default parameters. Mapped reads were assigned to gene features and quantified using the HTSeq software version 0.9.1. Genome_build: mm10 (GRCm38) Supplementary_files_format_and_content: *txt: Tab-delimited text files include HTSeq raw abundance values for each sample.
