Source name HGC27 cell
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics cell line: HGC27
genotype/variation: AFDN-DT overexpression
cell type: gastric cancer
Treatment protocol The AFDN-DT overexpression lentivirus were transfected into the HGC27 cells, and positively transduced cells were selected by puromycin.
Growth protocol HGC27 cell line was purchased from the Shanghai Cell Bank of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and cultured in RPMI 1640 (Hyclone, UT, USA) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS)
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol RNA was extracted using TRIzol reagent (Life Technologies, CA, USA) according to manufactures’ instructions
The RNA-seq library were constructed using the VAHTS mRNA-seq V2 Library Prep Kit for Illumina® (NR601, Vazyme, China) according to manufactures’ instruction.

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina NovaSeq 6000

Data processing All sequenced reads were mapped to the hg38 genome using HISAT2
The sam files were sorted with the samtools
The expression of each gene was quantified using the DEseq2
