Data processing |
Sequenced reads of mouse were aligned to the mm10 mouse transcriptome, then quantify the expression of transcripts in each cell using Cell Ranger v2.2.0. Sequenced reads of human were aligned to the hg38 human transcriptome, then quantify the expression of transcripts in each cell using BD™ Rhapsody Whole Transcriptome Assay Analysis Pipeline. Genome_build: mm10 (mouse) or hg38 (human) Supplementary_files_format_and_content: *.txt: Text files include UMIs for each Sample.
