Description

Primary culture of human pancreatic islet,no treatment (as compared to forskolin treated samples). RNA was extracted using the Qiagen RNeasy kit. Targets were produced using standard Affymetrix procedures from about 5ug of total RNA. 2 control and 2 forskolin treated samples were analyzed. Data was analyzed using dChIP software (www.dchip.org).
