Data processing |
library strategy: CUT&RUN All reads were trimmed to 50 bp with fastp. Alignment was performed using bowtie2 with the following options: -local -very-sensitive-local -nomixed -no-discordant -phred33 -I 10 -X 700. Picard Tools was used to remove duplicate reads. Narrow peaks called using MACS2 with a q-value threshold of 0.05. Genome_build: hg19 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Narrow peaks called using MACS2 and signal tracks in bigwig format
