| Hybridization protocol |
Approximately 750ng of labeled cRNA was fragmented, and hybridized to the Illumina HumanRef-8 v3.0 beadchips in accordance to the Illumina technical manual. RNA from each culture was independently analyzed.

After hybridization, arrays were washed, stained with Cy3-conjugated streptavidin, and scanned. Image data were analyzed with BeadStudio V2.0.
