Sample GSM3395245 Query DataSets for GSM3395245
Status Public on Sep 20, 2018
Title E8_ST2pos-transfer_Nb_lung_eo_rep1
Sample type SRA
Source name eosinophils in lungs
Organism Mus musculus
Characteristics tissue: lung
cell type: eosinophils
strain: BALB/c
Growth protocol Prior to the infection, we transferred ST2+ memory Th2 cells from mice 40 days after infection of 500 organisms of Larvae of Nippostrongylus brasiliensis (Nb). One month later, the mice were infected with 500 organisms of the Larvae. We sorted eosinophils from the lungs of the mice 4 days after the infection.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Total cellular RNA was extracted with TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen).
TruSeq Stranded mRNA Library Preparation Kit (Illumina) was used according to the manufacturer's protocol.
Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 1500
Data processing Read sequences (50 bp) were aligned to the mm10 mouse reference genome (University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) December 2011) using Bowtie (version 0.12.8) and TopHat (version 1.3.2).
Fragments per kilobase of exon per million mapped reads (FPKM) for each gene were calculated using Cufflinks (version 2.0.2).
Genome_build: mm10
