Status Public on Aug 16, 2018
Title Post LPS (time 4h, BC1215 treated) 2
Sample type SRA

Source name Lung parenchymal homogenate
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics group: Post LPS Intervention
Treatment protocol For LPS injury, E. coli 055:B5 endotoxin was diluted in 20ml sterile PBS at 5 mg/kg ideal body weight for the donor and infused into the pulmonary arterial limb of the circuit over 5 min via automated syringe pump at T=1 hour. BC1215 was dissolved in 50ml sterile PBS and BC1215 or PBS alone was administered via a bronchoscope with 2-3 ml of solution directed into each segmental bronchus immediately following T-2 hour BAL and biopsy collection.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Tissue was placed in RNA later, then RNA extracted using Qiazol
TuruSeq stranded mRNA (PolyA+)

Library strategy RNA-Seq
Library source transcriptomic
Library selection cDNA
Instrument model Illumina HiSeq 3000
