Sample type |
SRA |
|
|
Source name |
Lung parenchymal homogenate
|
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Characteristics |
group: Post LPS Intervention
|
Treatment protocol |
For LPS injury, E. coli 055:B5 endotoxin was diluted in 20ml sterile PBS at 5 mg/kg ideal body weight for the donor and infused into the pulmonary arterial limb of the circuit over 5 min via automated syringe pump at T=1 hour. BC1215 was dissolved in 50ml sterile PBS and BC1215 or PBS alone was administered via a bronchoscope with 2-3 ml of solution directed into each segmental bronchus immediately following T-2 hour BAL and biopsy collection.
