| Growth protocol |
Cells were cultured in DMEM containing 10%FBS, 1mM sodium pyruvate, 10mM HEPES, 2mM glutamine, 2mM hydrocortisone, 5ug/ml estrogen, 5ug/ml prolactin, 10ug/ml EGF, 1-ug/ml insulin and 1% antibiotic-antimycotic and maintained at 37 C and 5% CO2. For selection of transfected cells, 2mg/ml Geneticin was also supplemented to the culture medium.

| Data processing |
Reads were trimmed from the 3' end to have a phred score of at least 30 and adapters were removed using Trimmomatic. Remaining reads were required to have a length of at least 32bp and were aligned to the mouse genome using STAR. Raw counts were generated using HTSeq.
