Data processing |
Basecalls were made using RTA v2.1. Demultiplexing was achieved using bcl2fastq2. Alignment was performed using Tophat 2 with Bowtie 2. FPKM values were generated using Cufflinks. Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: Excel file includes FPKM values for each sample.
