Treatment protocol |
T6E cells were treated with either DMSO or GSI (1 μM) containing medium for 24 hours. Subsequently, cells were cultured in media containing cycloheximide (20 μg/mL) and cells previously cultured DMSO were replated in DMSO (lebeled DMSO) and cells cultured in GSI were either replated in 1 μM GSI (labeled GSI) or in DMSO (labeled WASH) for 6 hours.
