Data processing |
Microarray data were carried out with R (version 3.1.0) using packages from the Bioconductor. Raw data CEL files were used and the quality control analysis was performed using ArrayQualityMetrics package. The raw data were preprocessed using the RMA (Robust Multi-array Average) method available in oligo package. Gene expression levels were analyzed on a base-2 logarithmic scale.
