Illumina Casava software used for basecalling. Sequenced reads were trimmed for adaptor sequence and removed low-quality bases, then were mapped to mouse genome mm10. Gene expression levels were estimated by the RSEM algorithm. Genome_build: mm10 Supplementary_files_format_and_content: tab-delimited text files include the expression values of UCSC known genes.
