Treatment protocol [WT_asthma and IL22KO_asthma] WT and IL22KO mice were sensitized and challenged with HDM. Forty-eight hours after the last HDM administration, total RNAs were prepared from the lung. [PBS_Lung and IL22_Lung] PBS and recombinant IL-22 was intratracheally administered to WT mice. Twenty-four hours after the administration, total RNAs were prepared from the lung.
