Data processing Data analyses were processed using Genespring software (version13.0). For the analysis, C-OSKM NoDox pancreas-1_(MoGene-1_0-st-v1).CEL(raw), C-OSKM Dox3d pancreas-1_(MoGene-1_0-st-v1).CEL(raw), KC-OSKM NoDox Stomach-1_(MoGene-1_0-st-v1).CEL(raw), KC-OSKM NoDox Stomach-2_(MoGene-1_0-st-v1).CEL(raw), KC-OSKM NoDox Stomach-3_(MoGene-1_0-st-v1).CEL(raw), KC-OSKM 1w3w Stomach-1_(MoGene-1_0-st-v1).CEL(raw), KC-OSKM 2w2w Stomach-1_(MoGene-1_0-st-v1).CEL(raw), KC-OSKM 2w2w Stomach-2_(MoGene-1_0-st-v1).CEL(raw),were loaded using Genespring. Summarization algorithm is RMA-16.
