RNA was extracted using TRIzol (Invitrogen) and purified with RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen). Double-stranded cDNA was generated using Double-Stranded cDNA Synthesis Kit with random hexamer (Invitrogen). RNA and cDNA quality were analyzed using Experion RNA and DNA analysis kits (Bio-Rad), respectively.
