Growth protocol |
LLC are cultured in DMEM with 10% FBS, 100 U/ml antibiotics. Cells were sub-cultured at the dilution of 1:3 to 1:4 at 80-90% confluence.

Extraction protocol |
RNA was isolated with the RNeasy Mini Kit (Qiagen), according to the manufacturer's instructions. Inclusion of 1 U/ µL of the RiboLock RNase Inhibitor (Thermo) in the lysis buffer improved RNA yield and recoveries of long transcripts. All samples were treated with RQ1 RNase-Free DNasee (Peomega) to remove trace amounts of genomic DNA.
