Sequencing adaptors and low complexity reads were removed in an initial filtering step. After quality control, reads were mapped to the ‘Williams 82’ soybean reference genome (assembly Glyma.Wm82.a1.0, annotation v2.0) using Bowtie2 Three lanes of a sequencing flowcell were clustered using the TruSeq PE Cluster kit v3-cBot-HS kit (Illumina) Genome_build: Glyma.Wm82.a1.0
