Data processing |
nSolver 2.6 software with HumanPanCancerImmunology_1.0.36 analysis module. Individual samples analyzed with different codesets were processed according to standard Nanostring normalization recommendations. In short, the background subtraction step was skipped and housekeeping genes with the counts below 70 were removed from the list. Seven genes with the lowest percent of coefficient of variation were selected for normalization.
