Data processing |
Raw data (CEL files) were generated using Affymetrix AGCC software and quantile normalized by the RMA method. Log intensity distributions, pair-wise correlations and internal Affymetrix controls were examined to evaluate hybridization quality using Partek Genomics Suite software (Partek Inc.).
