Status Public on Aug 09, 2016
Title miR-211_rep1
Sample type RNA

Source name primary fibroblast
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics cell type: primary fibroblast
treatment: Cells transfected with miRNA-211 mimic
Treatment protocol Primary fibroblast were transfected with scrambled, miR-211 or miR-320c mimic
Growth protocol Primary human dermal fibroblasts were isolated from neonatal foreskins (see methods), plated onto collagen dishes and cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% penicillin-streptomycin, and 1% L-glutamine.
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol Trizol extraction of total RNA was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Label biotin
Label protocol WT terminal labeling and controls kit (Affymetrix, cat# 901524) according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Hybridization protocol GeneAtlas Hybridization, Wash and Stain kit for WT array strips (Affymetrix, cat# 901667) was used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Hybridization instrument Accublock Digital Dry Bath (LabNet, D1200) this instrument is adjust for the GeneAtlas microarray.
Scan protocol Washing and scanning were performed in GeneAtlas instrument (Affymetrix, 00-0377 (washing fluidic station), 00-0376 (imagine station)).
Data processing Raw data (CEL files) was processed using the Chipster software (http://chipster.csc.fi/); normalized expression values were calculated with the RMA algorithm and default parameters
