Label protocol Total RNAs (50 ng) from MCF7-luc derivatives were labelled and amplified using the Low Input Quick Amp labelling kit (Agilent Technologies).
 
Hybridization protocol The slides were hybridized for 17 h at 65°C, washed with Gene Expression Wash Buffer 1 (Agilent Technologies) for 1 min at room temperature, washed with Gene Expression Wash Buffer 2 (Agilent Technologies) for 1 min at 37 °C, and then air-dried.
Scan protocol The arrays from three independent experiments were analysed using microarray scanner (Agilent Technologies).
Description Luminal-type breast cancer cells
Data processing Gene expression levels were calculated using Feature Extraction version 10.7.3.1 (Agilent Technologies) using default parameters to obtain background subtracted and spatially detrended Processed Signal intensities. Features flagged in Feature Extraction as Feature Non-uniform outliers were excluded.
