Extraction protocol Cardiomyocytes derived from PLN-R41del iPSC cells were infected with AAV6-EGFP-miR-PLN or AAV6-EGFP-miR-luc as a negative control at an MOI of 1e4. One week after infection, total RNA was extracted using Zymo columns and 2 micrograms were used to generate an RNAseq sequencing library.
RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols
