SRA |
|
|
Source name |
Tau, Input
|
Organism |
Drosophila melanogaster |
Characteristics |
age: 10 days old genotype/variation: elav-GAL4/Y;UAS-tauR406W Sex: male tissue: whole heads chip antibody: none chip antibody vendor: Abcam chip antibody cat. #: ab1220 molecule subtype: input genomice DNA
|
Growth protocol |
Drosophila melanogaster crosses and aging were performed at 25°C. The pan-neuronal elav-GAL4 driver was used to drive tauR406W transgene expression.
|
Extracted molecule |
genomic DNA |
Extraction protocol |
2 grams of fly heads were ground in liquid nitrogen and DNA was crosslinked to protein with formaldehyde. Chromatin was sheared to 500 bp prior to ChIP Libraries were prepared using the NEBNext ChIP-seq Library Prep Reagent Set for Illumina according to the manufacturer's recommendations
