DCs were incubated with either PBS, LPS (1 µg/mL) or PTX (100 ng/mL) for 24 h.

Growth protocol |
Femal C57BL6 is grow in SPF condition until 6 weeks. Dendritic cells were generated from bone marrow cells.Cells were cultured in medium supplemented with 20 ng/ml of murine rGM-CSF. Nonadherent cells were removed carefully, and fresh medium was added every 2 days. On day 7, nonadherent cells that were released spontaneously from proliferating cell clusters were collected.

Following fragmentation, 12.5ug of cRNA were hybridized for 16 hr at 45C on GeneChip mouse 430_2.0 Genome Array. GeneChips were washed and stained in the Affymetrix Fluidics Station 450.Eukaryotic Target Hybridization,Lot no.900720, is used for the experiment.

the chips were scanned withthe affymetrix genechip 7G plus, and GCOS v1.0 is used for the image processing.
