Treatment protocol |
Cell were transfected with siRNAs against NT, Ino80, Ino80b, Ino80c or Ino80e, and harvested 96 hours after transfection. Cells were infected with shRNA-NT or shRNA-Ino80, and harvested 2, 4 or 6 days after infection.

J1 cell were maintianed in ESGRO medium. Cell were cultured in M15 medium when transfection or infection was performed.
