Data processing Text files from Agilent Feature Extraction software were processed and normalized by Agi4x44PreProcess package (version 1.14.0) downloaded from Bioconductor. In brief, the signal was adjusted by background correction, and the normalized by quantile method. Probes were fitered out if their signals were abcent (i.e. not above the background) in more than 75% of samples.
