Title srb4 ts mutant IGR change-2
Sample type genomic

Channel 1
Source name CHIP IP Med7-2 IGR in srb4 ts mutant
Organism Schizosaccharomyces pombe
Characteristics IP sample Med7-1 IGR in Srb4 ts mutant
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Label cy3

Channel 2
Source name CHIP IP Med7-1 IGR in WT
Organism Schizosaccharomyces pombe
Characteristics IP sample Med7-2 IGR in WT
Extracted molecule genomic DNA
Label cy5

Description IgG beads were used for ChIP of chromatin extracts from Med7-TAP srb4 ts mutant and WT cells. Cell cultures were then grown to mid logarithmic growth phase (5 x106 cells/ml) in rich medium, then turn to 37 degree 90minutes. fixing cells with formaladehyde and ChIP. The resulting ChIP DNA was labeled with cy3 and Cy5 respectively. hybridized to the IGR+ORF
Data processing cy3/cy5
