Description |
IgG beads were used for ChIP of chromatin extracts from Med7-TAP srb4 ts mutant and WT cells. Cell cultures were then grown to mid logarithmic growth phase (5 x106 cells/ml) in rich medium, then turn to 37 degree 90minutes. fixing cells with formaladehyde and ChIP. The resulting ChIP DNA was labeled with cy3 and Cy5 respectively. hybridized to the IGR+ORF
