Summary This study is the orthotopic nude mouse model of Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
Overall design FaDu/Detroit562' cell lines are high cervical lymph node metastases and 'YCU-OR891/YCU-MS861' cell lines are non-cervical lymph node metastases, and then the cervical lymph nodes were evaluated for the presence of metastases.
