Title Expression profile of human 786-O cells overexpressing Bcl-xAS lncRNA
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary Transcriptional profiling of human 786-O cells comparing total RNA from cells transfected with the pCEP4 vector containing a Bcl-xAS lncRNA construct vs. control empty pCEP4 vector-transfected cells. Goal was to determine the effects of Bcl-xAS overexpression on global 786-O cells gene expression.
Overall design Two-condition experiment: Bcl-xAS-transfected cells vs. control empty vector-transfected cells. Biological replicates: 4 Bcl-xAS-transfected cells replicates; 4 control empty vector-transfected cells replicates. Dye-swaps were performed.
