Summary |
Pancreata were collected from two Kras;Gnas mice and analyzed by Visium Spatial Gene Expression to evaluate the transcriptional profile.

Overall design |
Samples were collected from mice at 14 weeks post doxycycline treatment (22 weeks of age) and were fixed with paraformaldehyde. The FFPE samples were then H&E stained and analyzed with the Visium Spatial Gene Expression platform from 10x genomics.
