Title Visium Spatial Transcriptomics of IPMN model mice with Kras;Gnas mutation

Summary Pancreata were collected from two Kras;Gnas mice and analyzed by Visium Spatial Gene Expression to evaluate the transcriptional profile.
 
Overall design Samples were collected from mice at 14 weeks post doxycycline treatment (22 weeks of age) and were fixed with paraformaldehyde. The FFPE samples were then H&E stained and analyzed with the Visium Spatial Gene Expression platform from 10x genomics.
