Title |
Small RNA sequencing based identification of miRNAs in Cnaphalocrocis medinalis |
Organism |
Cnaphalocrocis medinalis |
Experiment type |
Non-coding RNA profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
This study analyzed the expression profiles of miRNAs in fifth instar larvae and pupae of the rice leaf folder (Cnaphalocrocis medinalis) using high-throughput sequencing technology. Furthermore, it predicted the target genes of significantly differentially expressed miRNAs and performed functional enrichment analysis.
