Title |
The single cell RNAseq analysis of regenerated mouse lung in mouse-rat interspecies |
Organism |
Mus musculus x Rattus norvegicus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
we report the application of single cell RNAseq analysis of mouse lung from E20.5 Nkx2-1-/- rat (mutant), and mouse-rat chimeric lung from E20.5 wt rat (control).

Overall design |
The mouse lung from Nkx2-1-/- rat (mutant) and mouse-rat chimeric lung from wt rat (control) were prepared from E20.5 mouse-rat interspecies. The samples were dissociated into small pieces and digested into single cell suspension which used to prepare single cell RNA 3' v3 library for sequencing with 10X Genomics platform.
