Summary |
We aim to investigate the gene expression profile regulated by Aurora-A in murine CRC cell lines to identify genes that are either positively or negatively modulated by Aurora-A.

Overall design |
Aurora-A was knocked down in CT26 and MC38 cells using lentiviral-mediated short hairpin RNA (lenti-shmaurka-1). Cells transduced with lenti-shGFP served as the control group. At 48 hours post-seeding, the Aurora-A knockdown cells were harvested, and the RNA was extracted for comparative gene expression profiling using RNA-seq.
