Overall design |
WT and H2BE-KO primary cortical neurons were isolated from E16.5 mice and cultured for 12 days for validation of anti-H2BE antibody for CUT&Tag sequencing (n=1 biological replicates per genotype). KO serves as negative control to validate antibody.
